The first action of 2019 is for iO Data to move into a more substantial and better-fitted facility. 2018 was as expected a very busy and interesting year for our company. With ambitious goals for 2019, we need to make some practical adjustments that can house our growth.

Once the largest factory building in Norway, where the Sandnes local business developer Øglænd established his bicycle development and production plant (DBS, translated "The Best Bicycle" in Norwegian), our new home in Sandnes will secure enough space and infrastructure for iO Data head office and future growth. We are delighted that we can stay close to the market we know so well, and we have since our start in 2017 been focused on developing more innovative and better services with much better and sensible pricing. iO Data wish all our customers and partners a Happy New Year! We look forward to an innovative and prosperous new year with a joint focus on promoting digitalization and developing smarter solutions!

SANDNES TOP MANAGEMENT VISITS IO DATA

iO Data hosted a meeting with Sandnes Municipality’s Business Council to present our company and our future plans. Among the participants were the Mayor, Chief Municipal Executive and Director of Economic Development.

The mission of the Sandnes Municipality Business Council is to get to understand the local businesses, learn about our status, opportunities and future plans. We get to present local challenges as we see them, alternative solutions and how we can increase employment.

iO Data is very pleased to get this opportunity to meet with this executive team of political and administrative leaders of the municipality. We believe both parties learn a lot from this type of face to face dialogue and exchange of information. This can help in the development of plans for the future to bring more business and employment to Sandnes.
